Director of photography Arthur Gharayan. Born in Yerevan in 1974, he graduated from Kh. Abovyan Pedagogical University’s cinematography department. He shoots features and documentaries. Arthur Gharayan works both with Armenian directors, as well as those from abroad. He has made films for REN TV, HTV, ARTE TV Channels. He made his first full-length feature film in 2014, during the Armenian-French joint project “Moskvich -My Love” film, directed by A. Shahbazyan. In 2017, the film “Artsakh on the Edge of Eternity” (directed by Vahe Yan) was awarded at the award ceremony between the Guilds. Many of the films he shot have won various international awards. He is a lecturer at the Yerevan State Institute of Theater and Cinema. He is a member of the Union of Cinematographers of Armenia.
