Artur Ustyan is a cinematographer and photographer based in Yerevan, Armenia.
In 2007, he graduated from the Yerevan State Institute of Theatre and Cinematography. Besides feature films and documentaries, he also works on advertisements and music videos. He received several awards, including Best Cinematographer from the Cinematographers Guild of Armenia for a short fiction film called “Orphanhood” in 2021. Besides being a member of the Armenian Cinematographers Guild (ACG), he’s also a member of the International Federation Of Cinematographers (IMAGO) and a member of the Armenian Union of Filmmakers (AUF). Films he has shot as a cinematographer have been screened at Rotterdam IFF, Busan IFF, and Golden Apricot IFF, among others.
